Google honored inventor and actress Hedy Lamarr with an animated doodle. In a nutshell, she was a total boss who did not let her beauty and Hollywood fame stop her from inventing a frequency hopping technique that paved the way for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies.
Hedy died in 2000, but she was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2014.
