The world was first introduced to the beautiful Jamie Chung in 2004 when she was a cast member of the MTV reality show “The Real World: San Diego.” Since then, an acting career has blossomed which allowed her to start in movies such as Grown Ups,The Hangover Part II and the action flick Premium Rush

1. She was in a sorority
Jamie studied Economics the University of California, Riverside where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.

2. Jamie won an acting award
She was awarded the Female Stars of Tomorrow Award at the 2009 ShoWest industry trades show with her “Sorority Row” castmates.

3. MTV told her to audition for Real World
Jamie was working at Tremors Bar & Grill as a waitress and was approached by members of MTV who convinced her to audition for “The Real World: San Diego.”

4. Replaced famous actress in movie role
Emma Stone was meant to be in the movie “Sucker Punch” but had to drop out due to scheduling conflicts, thus, Jamie was able to take on the role.

5. She’s the new Mulan
In the ABC television show, “Once Upon a Time,” Jamie will make a guest appearance in the second season as the Disney character Mulan.

6. Debuted her acting career on television
The actress started out on the TV show “Veronica Mars” in 2004. She went on to make appearances on various other shows such as “Days of Our Lives” for ten episodes, “CSI: NY” and “Greek.”

7. Did a voiceover for a video game
Jamie voiced the role of Takara in the 2009 video game “Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Uprising.”

8. Known for bad taste in men
Her friends know her as the girl who tends to overlook major flaws in a man despite the fact that she classifies herself as “picky” with who she spends her time with.

9. Fan of Baseball
Despite her feminine appearance, Jamie loves to cheer on her local baseball team, the San Francisco Giants.

Jamie attended the San Francisco AIDS walk along with “Glee” star Harry Shum Jr. tweeting “Making a difference one step at a time!”
